My marketing team wanted me to do the world’s most boring video. I retired from SunGard Treasury Systems as their CTO. Bootstrapped it and then in October of 2016, we actually did an IPO which was interesting and fun and cool, but it’s a lot of work, too. Frankly, we got some bad advice from VCs in the early days.
