A few of us are seeing no macro impacts, but probably the biggest tell are Cloud platform giants — AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. All are still growing at very strong rates. But all are growing more slowly than a year ago, and even more so than 2 years ago. But they are still growing. The Cloud is still growing.
Cloud technologies (bonus) : Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure can give you an edge in the job market. It features interviews with experts in the field, covering topics like data pipelines, data warehouses, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Consider courses on DataCamp or Codecademy.

But even if you take baby steps in that direction, you've done your job well and you've got a great story to tell for your next job interview. Examples include: Veronis, Azure Purview, AWS Macie. So much so that there is a high chance that your company may not achieve any such culture in your tenure there.
Bonus points : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A passion for data-driven problem-solving and a strong work ethic. Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
