Similar to what we shared last quarter, we continue to see the diminishing impact of cost optimizations. They also are seeing AI revenue (largely compute) show up sooner than anyone else.

Hyperscalers Report Quarterly Earnings This week we saw AWS (Amazon), GCP (Google) and Azure (Microsoft) report earnings. At the same time, Azure came in below expectations. The other piece is higher energy costs (to service their data centers). Quarterly Reports Summary Earning season is upon us!
