My marketing team wanted me to do the world’s most boring video. I retired from SunGard Treasury Systems as their CTO. Frankly, we got some bad advice from VCs in the early days. It is much more painful to have to fire people and contract as a company than it is to grow. We’ll dispense with that right away.
