What's new for 2011? Speaking from my own experience, there's ever more stuff coming at me through my email, phone, mobile device, web browser and TV screen. Bottom line, don't expect a huge marketing budget windfall in 2011. Not much, really. only more of it. And at the same time, I think my attention span is getting shorter.
