And I remember like AWS was growing really quickly. And at the time there was a big debate of, “Will big companies ever really use AWS?” Well, we have a saying that, “The only truly thing that’s democratic in a company is the culture because that’s truly what the majority decides.”
Jen Nguyen: And really, I think companies should really focus on the fact that both current and future employees will be closely tuning in, on how companies navigate through this change and then adopting a hybrid employee choice philosophy. This will be a really strong indicator of retention and recruiting. Is AWS in the lead?
